How Our AI Detects and Combines Duplicate Events

Our AI automatically detects and combines duplicate events. Here's how it works:

1. Same Event Promoted by Multiple Organizations
   • Our AI identifies duplicates by comparing multiple event parameters.
   • If duplicates are found, they’re grouped together.

Users will see the grouped event listed once, labeled as "Promoted By: Multiple Organizations."

When users open the group, they’ll see:

• A combined description generated by AI.
• A card view of each individual event, with the option to view details for each one.

2. Same Event from One Organization but Multiple Sources
   • Our AI uses multiple event parameters to detect duplicates within the same organization's profile.
   • If duplicates are found, they’re merged into a single event.

The event will appear only once on the organization’s profile and on Yodel’s homepage.
